Desalinated water was deemed necessary by Seqwater during the Millennium Drought to supplement potable water supplies, similar to other Australian major cities during this time period. It was the first large scale desalination plant on Australia’s Eastern seaboard commencing operations in 2009.
C&S Brand Filter Coal was selected as the superior choice for multi-media filtration as part of the first step in the direct filtration process to remove Turbidity and Total Dissolved Solids. The product was delivered on time and wholly to specification.
